Since February 19th, 2020, our TAZ Servicetechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been accredited by the DAkkS as the first calibration laboratory for optical emission spectrometry according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-03.*
As an accredited calibration laboratory, TAZ Servicetechnik will also be offering on-site calibrations for optical emission spectrometry in the accredited area as part of our round trip appointments for the first time from 2021.
It is recommended to calibrate a spectrometer annually. This allows difficulties during the audit to be prevented and problems that arise to be identified more quickly. The calibration of your spark spectrometer in the accredited area contains the matrices steel (high and low alloy), cast iron, aluminum and copper (CuZn alloys). The resulting DAkkS-accredited calibration certificate is subject to monitoring by the accreditation body, is internationally recognized by the multilateral agreement of the ILAC (MRA) and is also accepted as traceability evidence in every audit. For other matrices in the non-accredited area, we offer you the creation of factory calibration certificates. Our qualified employees are on the road for you throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We are also happy to calibrate your spectrometers in Europe and worldwide. The advantages of our round trips are a cost-effective calibration without additional calculation of the travel costs as well as a reliable annual implementation. In order to achieve optimal results, we are also happy to take care of the scheduled maintenance before calibration.
