Durch die leistungsstarke Elektronik und die Vorteile moderner Technologie, wie schnelle Bilderfassung, ultraschnelles Scanning-System, Kompensation statischer und dynamischer Bildaberrationen ist es uns möglich noch gezielter auf die Analysewünsche unserer Kunden einzugehen. Dabei können Strukturen von 0,5 µm und kleiner aufgelöst werden.

Große Proben bis zu einer Höhe von 90 mm sind durch eine besonders geräumige Vakuumkammer kein Problem. Das angeflanschte EDX -Detektorsystem ermöglicht Mikrobereichsanalysen und Elementverteilungsanalysen (Mapping) z.B. von intermetallischen Phasen wie beispielsweise Karbiden und Nitriden oder nichtmetallischen Einschlüssen wie beispielsweise Sulfiden.

Von der Fraktographie bis hin zur Elementanalyse stehen wir Ihnen mit unserem neuen REM jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.
