Another managing director at TAZ GmbH – Sebastian Mirthes

“After 26 years as managing director, I’ve finally made it. With Sebastian Mirthes, another managing director of TAZ GmbH has been appointed.

Mr. Mirthes completed an apprenticeship as a materials tester at TAZ GmbH after graduating from university. He was then able to complete his studies in materials engineering at the Technical University of Nuremberg with very good results. During the entire course of his studies, he worked independently in metallography, mobile and stationary spectral analysis and damage analysis during the semester breaks and financed his studies in this way.

For about 3 years he has been an M.Eng. materials technology with us and is now my right hand.

Sebastian, I look forward to working side by side with you at TAZ GmbH in metallography, damage analysis and spark spectrometry over the next few years.”
