The production of reference samples according to your wishes/specifications, including the creation of a works certificate according to standard specifications, is part of the service offered by TAZ GmbH. We determine the standard-compliant chemical composition including the measurement uncertainty and the homogeneity using high-resolution XRF mapping.

Entering one of the following search criteria is sufficient to display matching reference samples:
- Designation or partial designation of the sample
- Matrix (e.g. steel, cast iron, aluminum etc.)
- Material number/material designation
- elements and their concentrations
You will then be shown suitable reference sample suggestions. A selection based on traceable samples, which is often required in audits, is also possible. If you wish, you can send us your inquiry directly online.
